Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Not be on the excluded items list (see below)

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history
  2. Click "Return" on the order containing the item you wish to return
  3. Select the items you want to return and provide a reason
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label we provide
  5. Package the items securely in their original packaging
  6. Attach the return label to the package
  7. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for all returns within the United States. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria
  • You will receive an email confirmation once we process your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed

Please note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you want
  3. Once your return is processed, you'll receive a refund for the original purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@hibwastore.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
